Accounting & Finance for non financial managers

Course Objective:

To provide non financial managers with the financial knowledge and skills to allow them to effectively participate in the decision-making processes of the organisation.

Middle managers or candidates for middle management

Course Content

• Introduction to financial statements
• Analysis and interpretation of financial statements
• Budgetary control
• Cost-volume-profit (break-even) analysis
• Management of working capital
• Investment decisions (introduction)
• Financing decisions (introduction)

Course Fee 

• R6200 per person 

Course Date & Duration:

• Date to be confirmed (Every Monday and Wednesday evening from 17:30 - 20:30). Venue to be confirmed.
• This course runs over a period of 3 weeks, i.e, 2 evenings per week, 17:30pm - 20:30pm
