PROGRAMME INFORMATION 

A unique opportunity for YOU to participate in the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime Education for Justice Initiative (E4J) supported by Nelson Mandela University's Unit for Positive Organisations 

 
OBJECTIVE 
This particular programme aspires to instill ethical mindfulness and enhance the commitment of participants to act with integrity. Participants will be equipped with the skills to apply these norms in life and society, and be capacitated to influence their organisations’ ethical orientation and societal contribution. 
 
TARGET PARTICIPANTS 
The programme has been designed to be suitable for a wide range of public and private sector employees from all types of organisations. Leaders, managers, new-employees, policy-makers, students and academics will all benefit from attending the programme. 
 
PROGRAMME CONTENT 
A stimulating and exciting course is promised making use of a variety of cutting edge teaching methods. The programme includes the following fascinating topics: 
 
Ethics and universal values, society and diversity; ethical leadership; challenges and strategies for ethical living; behavioural ethics; ethics and the law; professional and public integrity; and business integrity and ethics.
